  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $50
  • Orders under $50 β€” standard delivery fee applies at checkout
  • Express and Priority delivery rates are calculated based on your location and order weight
  • All delivery charges are displayed clearly at checkout before payment

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. You can also track your order anytime by:

  1. Visiting our website and going to My Orders
  2. Entering your order number and email address on the Track My Order page
  3. Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email

For international deliveries, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government. Please note:

  • SmartKart is not responsible for any customs or import charges
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs processing may add additional time to your delivery
  • We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order

πŸ“¬ Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. SmartKart is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


❌ Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • Our courier will leave a notification card with instructions
  • A second delivery attempt will be made the following business day
  • After 2 failed attempts, your order will be held at a local collection point for up to 7 days
  • If uncollected, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply
